Nikhil Mittal is the Chief Technology Officer at Zepto, where he has been a “Day 0” builder and the company’s first employee. Under his leadership, Zepto has scaled its AI-native tech stack to serve over 1 billion real-time ML inferences and 50 billion API calls per day. Previously the founder of iview.ai (a GenAI-powered recruitment platform) and an engineer at Goldman Sachs, Nikhil brings deep expertise in building population-scale consumer products and Agentic AI. An IIT Dhanbad alumnus, he is a seasoned authority on using frontier AI to solve complex supply chain and quick-commerce challenges at hyper-growth scale.
