Rajeshwar Rao Thatiparthy is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in Cybersecurity, cloud and Identity practices and management. Currently serving as CDO and Co-founder at St. Fox since January 2024, Rajeshwar previously held a Director position roles at LTI – Larsen & Toubro Infotech from October 2019 to January 2024, where key contributions included leading cloud services for internal and client use and overseeing a significant merger involving 80,000 employees.
Earlier, at Wipro from May 2010 to September 2019, Rajeshwar managed the successful migration of approximately 300 applications to the cloud and established a high-performing team. Rajeshwar is certified DPO officer and ISO 27701 – Lead Auditor, ISO 27001: Information Security Management Systems – Lead Auditor and a certified DSCI data protection officer.
He brings an impressive track record of building and delivering innovative technology solutions from the ground up, distinguishing him as a leader in the tech industry. This is Rao’s first foray into Entrepreneurship as the founding member of St. Fox, the company sits at the interaction of cybersecurity, Data Privacy and Data protection, Cloud Engineering and GenAI and Security for AI and provides end to end consultancy. With over two decades of experience in technology, Rao has demonstrated exceptional skill in transforming ideas into tangible, high-impact projects in his earlier chapters at Wipro and LTIMindtree (formerly L&T Infotech).
His career is marked by successful initiatives that have significantly improved operational efficiencies and cybersecurity postures for numerous organizations. Rao was instrumental in the smooth Merger of L&T infotech and Mindtree as the Technical Lead, creating and securing identity for all employees in less than 2 months, while modernising and seamlessly consolidating more than 100+ applications from the Legacy system to Cloud.
